Summer Tournament  2010

After postponing the initial event due to rain, the 2010 club summer tournament was eventually held on 24th October.  We held an American style competition for both juniors and adults. Organised by our resident coach, Matt Ward, this was a thoroughly enjoyable event, which allowed members to test their skills against one another. A barbeque provided much needed sustenance. Congratulations to Jack Harrington (pictured left with Matt) who won the junior competition, to Kate Newall (below left) who scooped the ladies competition and to Rex Pocklington (below right) who was crowned men’s champion.  Well done to all who participated.
